    This role will support Lovisa Americas Corporate which currently consists of 184 stores in the USA, 26 in Canada, + 4 in Mexico. This role will be based in Grove City, Ohio out of our US warehouse.

    Job Responsibilities:

    **IT Support & Infrastructure // **_(Will train based on experience)_

    • Provide first-line and escalated IT support for warehouse operations, including inventory management systems, warehouse management software, and logistics applications

    • Support retail locations remotely with technical issues related to POS systems, network connectivity, and hardware maintenance

    • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure within the distribution center, including servers, network equipment, and security systems

    • Assist with the set up of new stores from a technical perspective

    • Work with the Level 1 – Global Service Desk to ensure effective ticket management and ongoing development of Knowledge Articles

    • Provide occasional Level 1 service support as operational needs arise (examples: during peak periods)

    • Perform other duties and special projects (within an individual's skill and competency level as required)

    Loss Prevention & Operations Support

    • Configure and maintain CCTV and security systems across retail locations

    • Monitor and analyze POS (Point of Sale) transaction data for potential fraud patterns

    • Support inventory control systems and assist with shrinkage reduction initiatives

    • Generate and analyze loss prevention reports for management

    • Assist with the investigation of technical aspects of security incidents

    • Provide technical support for cash management systems

    • Train staff on security-related technical procedures

    **Logistics & Warehouse Support **

    • Assist in projects related to our new Lovisa Americas USA Distribution Center

    • Provide clear and informative reporting on carrier performance, lead times and costs

    • Ensure the accuracy of all IT shipping documents - gather and maintain all data records relative to shipping activities

    • Monitor all IT equipment shipments, escalating to management and communicating outcomes when necessary

    • Liaise with warehouse management to ensure that all outgoing shipments are compliant with local regulations / carrier requirements, are correctly packaged and have the correct documentation attached.

    • Maintain IT inventory within the Lovisa Americas Warehouse

    • Assists with New Store Openings (NSO) specifically regarding any IT equipment

    Day-to-Day Operations

    • Support daily operational reporting needs for retail locations

    • Maintain and troubleshoot inventory tracking systems
