    Job Description

    We are seeking an Insurance Transaction Specialist! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of your assigned branch office. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinate the approval process for all loans and lines of credit
    • Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments
    • Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
    • Review costs for optimal budget planning
    • Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in financial branch management, financial services, or other related fields 
    • Knowledge of common banking practices
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Ability to work under pressure

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    ·         High School Diploma or GED equivalent

    ·         At least two years of experience in an insurance back office processing unit or as a CSR.

    PREFERRED

    • Proven track record and experience working in a fast paced team environment with ability to meet high productivity and quality levels and tight deadlines for service delivery.
    • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word

     MUST HAVE

    • Aptitude and ability to quickly learn new processes and work with internal applications required to execute the responsibilities for this role.
    • Excellent service orientation and work ethic.
    • Must be committed to protecting client confidential information.
    • Must be able to work independently with minimal direction.
    • Good interpersonal skills, internal and client facing
    • Good organization and communication skills (written and verbal)

    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
