Job Description
As the Manager of Consulting Infrastructure, you will lead a team of infrastructure experts to deliver exceptional implementation services. You will leverage your technical expertise and management skills to drive successful project outcomes, foster team growth, and support pre-sales and cross-selling activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of infrastructure specialists, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
- Service Delivery: Act as the Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager, ensuring high-quality implementation and support for infrastructure projects, including systems, networks, and cloud environments.
- Project Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Pre-Sales & Cross-Selling: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and seize opportunities for new and additional services. Support commercial proposal development and client presentations.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert during pre-sales meetings, demonstrating deep technical knowledge and understanding of client needs.
- Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Lead the development and execution of PoCs to showcase the capabilities of proposed solutions.
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver technical presentations and demos to prospective clients.
- RFP/RFI Responses: Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expertise in system administration, network administration, and cloud computing, assisting the team in overcoming technical challenges.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles
