    Job Description

    As the Manager of Consulting Infrastructure, you will lead a team of infrastructure experts to deliver exceptional implementation services. You will leverage your technical expertise and management skills to drive successful project outcomes, foster team growth, and support pre-sales and cross-selling activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of infrastructure specialists, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
    • Service Delivery: Act as the Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager, ensuring high-quality implementation and support for infrastructure projects, including systems, networks, and cloud environments.
    • Project Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Pre-Sales & Cross-Selling: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and seize opportunities for new and additional services. Support commercial proposal development and client presentations.
    • Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert during pre-sales meetings, demonstrating deep technical knowledge and understanding of client needs.
    • Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Lead the development and execution of PoCs to showcase the capabilities of proposed solutions.
    • Presentations & Demos: Deliver technical presentations and demos to prospective clients.
    • RFP/RFI Responses: Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
    • Technical Guidance: Provide expertise in system administration, network administration, and cloud computing, assisting the team in overcoming technical challenges.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • 8 – 10+ years experience in team management, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.
    • Solid technical background in system administration, network administration, data center administration, and cloud computing.
    • Strong pre-sales and cross-selling skills with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
    • Expertise in service delivery management and project management principles.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Formal management training or certification.
    • Proven track record in cloud operations, ideally with experience in a leadership role.
    • Hands-on expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, and DevOps principles.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
