Manifest Solutions is currently seeking an Infrastructure Engineer for an onsite position in Tulsa, OK.
- Strong experience supporting general end user technologies: Windows 10 and 11, Virtual Desktops, MacOS, Workstation Hardware (Mac, Dell, HP).
- Strong experience with vulnerability management and remediation
- Solid understanding of Mobile technologies – iOS devices, Workspace One, and Intune
- Experience supporting and understanding of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Application Delivery Controllers, Citrix Storefront, NetScaler, and Microsoft FSLogix.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and JAMF
- Familiarity with operating in-room video conferencing systems from major vendors such as Poly & Cisco
- Ability to perform basic diagnosis of in-room video conferencing issues, such as restarting systems
- Familiarity with MS Teams or Zoom best practices for joining video meetings
- Plan, research, evaluate, design, and engineer the enterprise's technology infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting, cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations.
- Produces technical documentation, support and configuration.
- Helps manage, plan, and maintain technical platforms including upgrading systems.
- Monitor system performance, and install and configure hardware.
- Review and adhere to budgeting and approval processes while partaking in annual and project planning.
- May provide training and mentoring, as well as work direction, to others on the team.
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.
- 7 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, standards, codes and regulations relevant to assignments.
- Exhibit and apply advanced proficiency in analysis, design, problem solving, troubleshooting, resolution, communication, and customer service skills.
