Ingram Content Group (ICG) **** is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to contribute to the **** Shared Services team in the NYC office.
This individual will assist the Ingram Publisher Services (IPS), Shared Services marketing team with implementation of various marketing strategies, activities, and communication plans targeting various audiences across multiple lines of business and products. The Shared Services Marketing Coordinator will have a unique opportunity to learn about book distribution by working with some of today’s leading independent publishers, including Grove Atlantic, Harvard Business Review Press, Haymarket, Gestalten, and Annick Press.
The candidate for this role will possess strong organizational and time-management skills, help with content creation, social media posting, conduct research, data analysis, and track campaign results. Additionally, this individual will work with the Sr. Manager, Marketing Services on ad hoc projects for the Shared Services teams, and collaborate with various internal departments in the execution of projects, ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-efficient implementation. Hiring Salary Range: <$31.21/hr – $44.29/hr>. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position and will be determined by factors including but not limited to: applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
