Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to molding processes, materials, or equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Evaluate tooling for potential improvements in quality and efficiency, providing recommendations to optimize molding processes, setups, and overall manufacturing.
Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to enhance process capability and performance.
Maintain and update mold process sheets to ensure they reflect the most accurate process settings.
Train and support process technicians in the application of scientific molding principles.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction efforts and efficiency enhancements.
Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to analyze process capabilities and implement process improvements.
Program and fine-tune robots and peripheral equipment to support automated processes.

Over 5 years of practical, hands-on experience in injection molding.
Strong working knowledge of injection molding processes and ancillary equipment.
Comprehensive understanding of various thermoplastic materials and their properties.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and precision.
