Injector Remanufacturing Technician Job Duties:
Disassemble parts using hand and power tools
Perform cleaning of components using ultrasonic tanks as well as other mechanical and chemical cleaning methods
Inspect components after cleaning and sort based on type and condition.
Perform precision measurements of components using micrometers and calipers
Assemble injectors following SOP using correct parts and methods
Perform injector calibrations, adjustments, and quality control checks after assembly
Mount assembled injectors in test machine fixtures
Operate test machines safely, and interpret results of testing
Analyze results and perform additional calibrations or adjustments as necessary
Perform maintenance on testing equipment based on specified maintenance schedule
Communicate with other departments in the facility
Work overtime when required by business needs
Follow good housekeeping best practices for workstation, work area, and general office space
Adhere to InjectorsDirect.com’s Safety Standards and Policies
Perform other job duties, activities or responsibilities as assigned by the needs of the business, with or without notice
Experience Needed:
Our ideal candidate will be someone who is not afraid to be on their feet all day working hard. This job requires a high degree of precision, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with the upper body, lifting, pushing, pulling etc. Prior experience in precision measurement or mechanical assembly is preferred.
