Who we are: We are an opulent, rural bed-and-breakfast that occupies a 1700s farmstead on a 100-acre estate, serving breakfast and dinner.

We are passionate about creating dishes that celebrate fresh, locally sourced ingredients and seasonal flavors. Our Chef's approach combines contemporary techniques with a strong appreciation for seasonal flavors. He has worked for and run many 5-star and Michelin-starred establishments and received three Bells from Philadelphia food critic Craig Laban.

• Tuesday-Saturday for full-time salaried employees
• Thursday-Saturday for part-time hourly employees

Must have experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role in fine dining and upscale casual restaurants
• French haute cuisine
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Ordering, receiving, and inventory
• Staff training and motivation
