Our company is looking for 5-9 new Customer Service & Sales Associates to join our growing team! In this entry-level position, the Customer Service & Sales Associate will act as a liaison between our clients and the customers with accuracy and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES ASSOCIATE (INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

• Stay up to date on client services, products, and industry trends
• Assisting in new customer acquisitions on behalf of our clients
• Consult prospective customers on behalf of our clients

SKILLS OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES ASSOCIATE (Preferred but not required):

• Leadership skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
