Psychiatrist - Inpatient
** Carilion New River Valley Medical Center, Christiansburg, Virginia**
Carilion Clinic and the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine are seeking a full time Inpatient Psychiatrist at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center. Will oversee clinical leadership of a multidisciplinary treatment team providing quality psychiatric care to an acute, adult inpatient population. The typical case load is 10-12 patients daily with an average length of stay of 5-7 days.
The position includes an academic appointment at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine.

There are approximately 200 physicians on the medical staff representing a broad spectrum of both medical and surgical specialties.
