Inpatient Psychiatrist - Crisis Unit

Our client is a growing non-profit behavioral health organization based in Oak Ridge, TN that offers its employees the support and understanding you would expect from top-rated management.

The Company: Our client consists of a multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Licensed Therapists who specialize in treating adults and children with behavioral health conditions or mental health disorders.

The Position: Our client is looking for a Psychiatrist to work about 20- 30 hours a week in our 16 bed inpatient unit, there can be more hours if your choose.

• $230,000 - $275,000 Base Salary
• Health Insurance – 68% of Premium Covered (Effective 1st of The Month After 30 days)
• Vacation Time- Eligible After 90 Days (Accumulate 10 Hours Each Month)
• Basic Life/Accidental Death Insurance – Coverage is 150% of Annual Salary
• Sick Leave - Immediate Eligibility (Accrue 5.33 Hours Each Month)
• Vision / Dental (Effective 1st of The Month Part or Full-Time After 30 days)
• 8 Paid Holidays – Immediate Eligibility

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
• Current Tennessee Medical License Required
• DEA License

Responsibilities:

• Flexible schedule
• Part time will be considered
• Inpatient - 16 bed crisis unit (Low census currently, looking to increase)
• Can supplement inpatient hours with outpatient psychotherapy at on-site outpatient clinic
• On call coverage is on rotation
