    Insero Talent Solutions has partnered with an exciting startup bridal consulting firm to recruit a self-starting sales consultant.

    Position Summary:

    The Owner and CEO is seeking a dynamic sales consultant dedicated to providing 5-star customer service and assistance with simplifying wedding planning. The Sales Consultant will help connect couples and expert vendors and provide comprehensive planning software.

    Their mission is to offer personalized guidance and support throughout the wedding planning process. This is a crucial role in understanding couples’ wedding preferences, styles and tastes, and effectively matching them with the appropriate vendors from the Company’s exclusive network.

    The primary responsibility will be to sell the coordinator package and help guide couples through the vendor selection process, including hair, makeup, photography, and videography based on their preferences.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Selling the Company’s variety of packages to prospective couples.
    • Educating the couples on the benefits of their comprehensive planning software and exclusive vendor network.
    • Conducting thorough needs assessments to better understand the couples wedding style and preferences.
    • Transferring detailed client information and preferences to wedding coordinators for seamless planning and coordination.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
    • Providing regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and customer feedback.
    • Collaborating with other team members optimizing the customer experience (as necessary).


    Requirements:

    • AAS, BA or BS are preferred and 5+ years of successful sales experience.
    • Strong understanding of client needs and ability to match preferences with available services.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attentive, self-starting, detail oriented, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently and remotely.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience using CRMs and sales tools.
