Responsibilities: • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Lead follow-up • Database campaign mastery • Utilize CRM's • Set appointments • Close appointments • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • A real estate license is required • Superb communication • Commission opportunity • Must live within the greater Phoenix area • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000 at plan
