Job description

CRDN of the MidSouth is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our CRDN family as a Sales Representative for our Memphis location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves identifying potential customers, presenting our products or services, and closing sales to achieve company targets. This role will be a hybrid of office work and outside sales. It will include a 5 day work week with 3 days in the office and 2 days in the sales field. Office duties will include assisting General Manager with new job creation and customer service.

Key performance indicators will include the following:

Lead Generation

Creating new job folders and handling customer service calls

Actively prospecting for new contractors through networking, cold calling, and following up on leads generated from marking efforts.

Building Relationships with Insurance Adjusters

Effectively communicating with insurance adjusters to advocate for client needs and navigating claims processes.

Working with a team to see job flow from start to finish

Maintaining ongoing communication with clients throughout the restoration process addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience

Required Skills and Experience:

Restoration Knowledge preferred

Sales Skills

Insurance Claims procedures preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organized Reporting and Sales tracking skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation

Base salary plus commission

Company vehicle provided for company travel
