Inside Sales Representative - full time with benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers in-person, over the phone, and via email to provide top-tier service.
• Support our sales team by generating leads, assisting with product selection, and resolving customer inquiries.
• Process orders with precision and ensure smooth project management.
• Become a product expert in hydronic heating, cooling systems, and HVAC solutions.
• Track sales activities and provide insights to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline product delivery and installation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or a technical field (HVAC knowledge is a plus!).
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities.
