About this role
As an Account Executive , you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to provide individuals, families, and businesses with the right healthcare solutions for their needs. This is a sales role focused on building relationships, identifying client needs, and closing deals to help clients save hundreds or even thousands of dollars annually on their healthcare.
You will leverage your expertise, consultative sales approach, and market knowledge to guide prospects through our offerings and deliver exceptional service. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and the lives of the clients we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture leads, utilizing a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Answer incoming leads and follow up promptly via phone, email, and text to guide them through the sales process.
- Conduct outbound outreach to warm leads provided by the marketing team to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a residual book of business through excellent client relationship management and follow-ups.
- Close sales opportunities by effectively communicating product benefits and resolving objections.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by effectively managing your pipeline and time.
- Stay up-to-date on healthcare market trends, UHSM’s product offerings, and competitor activity to position our solutions effectively.
- Utilize and master high-tech tools such as Salesforce CRM, telephony solutions, and sales engagement platforms to track activity and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a consultative or solution-based selling environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change.
- Able to work in our Santa Ana, CA office location.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare sales experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products, CRMs and sales enablement tools
- A self-starter with initiative and passion for helping people while focusing on clients’ needs.
- Eagerness to learn and the ability to take direction – trainable, coachable, constant learner.
