AlphaGraphics offers printing, signs, apparel, promo, fulfillment, design, marketing services, and mailing solutions to our customers. We are customer-focused, and deadline driven. Our work environment is fast-paced and team oriented. AlphaGraphics currently has an opening for a full-time on-site Inside Sales Account Manager.

    Working in this position you will be primarily responsible for managing print, sign, apparel, promo, mailing, design, and marketing projects from estimating through completion. This position requires communicating with customers, other staff members, suppliers, and vendors on a day-to-day basis. No two days or two projects are ever the same!     Although these are the primary responsibilities for this position, you will also be exposed to other facets of the organization.

    Daily duties include:

    Estimating jobs

    Coordination of signage site surveys as needed

    Processing email, phone, web orders and approved estimates and moving them along in the production process

    Meeting with walk-in clients on an as-needed basis

    Cover for out of office staff members as required (in-person and via email and phone)

    Responding to clients and staff members via phone and email

    Answering and routing phone calls

    Assisting clients with print, sign, apparel, promo, mailing, and marketing options

    Working with other employees/managers to ensure accurate pricing and customer satisfaction

    Identify and pursue cross-sell/up-sell opportunities

    Send follow up estimate emails as required

    Send out marketing materials and thank you cards on an as-needed basis

    Identify larger opportunities and prospects and pass along to management

    Resolve issues with clients as occurring

    Develop and maintain a contact relationship with your client base

    Expectations:

    Relationship and consultative sales experience

    Exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective contact relationships

    Familiarity with standard computer software programs

    Ability to learn and adopt new software as necessary

    3+ years print and/or sign experience required

    Become proficient in PrintSmith and Print Speak
