    Position Summary:

    We are currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. This team member will oversee print, sign, apparel, promo, mailing, design, and marketing projects from estimation to completion. Effective communication with clients, team members, suppliers, and vendors is integral to this role, offering daily diversity and challenge.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist clients in selecting print, sign, apparel, and promo solutions.

    Manage inbound phone calls, directing them appropriately.

    Collaborate with colleagues and managers to ensure accurate pricing and client satisfaction.

    Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

    Provide estimates for clients, sales representatives, and internal teams.

    Follow up with clients via email regarding estimates.

    Coordinate signage site surveys as required.

    Conduct face-to-face consultations with walk-in clients as necessary.

    Manage email, phone, and web orders, progressing them through the production pipeline.

    Cover for absent staff members, both in-person and remotely.

    Promptly respond to client and staff inquiries via phone and email.

    Distribute marketing materials and thank-you cards as needed.

    Identify and relay larger business opportunities to management.

    Address client issues promptly and effectively.

    Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

    Reactive inactive accounts.
