Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Administrator supports the sales team by handling various administrative and customer-facing tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This role provides the sales team with efficient pricing and proposals for our customers, interoffice procedures, process and set up approved work for the sales team, and ultimately contributing to a positive sales experience and efficient sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance and Engagement:
- Produce vendor pricing and proposals in a timely manner for our sales team to send to their respective customers.
- Support the sales team by organizing proposals and worksheets, processing orders, and parts and material orders.
- Interoffice Duties:
- Vendor relationships to ensure we receive the best pricing and margins for the work being quoted.
- Setup Service Calls and Service Projects in Service Titan.
- Order Processing and Follow-Up:
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from order entry through fulfillment.
- Track shipments, assist with any issues in the order process, and provide updates to the sales team as necessary.
- Provide lead generation for the sales team to help with our new potential customer outreach.
- Sales Support and Administration:
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and other documents for the sales team as needed.
- Assist in coordinating sales promotions and special events to drive traffic and increase sales.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or related coursework is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales support roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with POS or CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
