    Inside Sales Administrator

    Lee & Cates Surface CPR is an exterior cleaning, painting, protective coatings, and waterproofing division of Lee & Cates Glass. Lee & Cates Glass is a 99 year old glass and glazing company that consists of Lee & Cates Surface CPR, 7 retail glass shops, a contract glazing division, a specialties project division, and a sister company that is a wholesale glass and fabrication company operating under the name Flat Glass Distributors. Lee & Cates Glass is one of the oldest and largest glass companies on the east coast and has a footprint throughout southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida. Lee & Cates Glass is a family, locally owned and operated company.

    Lee & Cates Surface CPR is looking for an Inside Sales Administrator with added appointment setter responsibilities. The key elements for the position fall under sales, marketing, and administration. The position reports to the Operations Manager.

    Sales:

    Act on behalf of the company as the first contact to a new customer.

    Follow up on quotes not already closed.

    Follow up on all phone calls, emails, social media messaging, and texts related to inquiry into service

    Make proactive phone calls to both cold and warm leads to set appointments

    Marketing:

    Assist with social media accounts and posting and acts as liaison to marketing team

    Assist with developing, designing, and sourcing collateral marketing materials

    Request reviews from past customers

    Administration:

    Enter quotes into the POS/CRM system

    Maintain communication with customers

    Purchase material as requested

    Assist in maintaining the inventory

    Answer phones

    Rectify credit card accounts

    Maintain Payroll administration for the division

    Assist with human resource management for the division and acts as liaison to corporate HR Dept.

    Assist management team with scheduling

    The ideal candidate is flexible with ingenuity and desire for greater responsibility. Initiative, independence and ownership are a must. A strong desire to know and understand technology would be the best fit with defined experience with excel. A great bonus would be experience with maintaining social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Youtube.
