Job Summary: The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is a key player in the success of the real estate team. This individual is responsible for prospecting, nurturing leads, and setting appointments for real estate agents. The ISA engages with potential buyers, sellers, and investors through calls, texts, and emails to build relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Make daily outbound calls to potential leads from various sources, including online inquiries, past clients, expired listings, FSBOs, and database contacts.
Respond to inbound leads via phone, text, and email.
Qualify leads and determine their readiness to buy or sell real estate.
Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up:
Maintain consistent and effective follow-up with leads in CRM.
Build rapport with potential clients through relationship-based selling.
Educate clients on the home buying and selling process.
Appointment Setting:
Convert leads into appointments for buyer and listing agents.
Track lead progress and pipeline status to ensure timely follow-ups.
Database & CRM Management:
Update and manage client information in the CRM system.
Keep detailed records of conversations and follow-ups.
Collaboration & Team Support:
Work closely with real estate agents to ensure smooth client handoffs.
Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented with a persuasive, results-driven approach.
Ability to handle rejection and persist with follow-ups.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high volume of calls.
Comfortable working with CRMs and lead management tools.
