Job Requirement • High School diploma and/or Associate's degree • Previous call center experience in a sales environment is preferred and NOT required • Self-motivation and drive required • Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to all sales leads to boost sales conversions • Conduct a minimum of 100 phone calls daily and meet specific performance indicators • Utilize the CRM system daily to manage and update prospect pipelines promptly • Establish strong relationships with potential clients and address objections to drive sales • Serve as the main point of contact for sellers and ensure effective communication between all parties • Schedule and conduct appointments while negotiating beneficial outcomes for all involved • Quickly grasp knowledge of the real estate industry and related technologies • Stay updated on local market trends to provide accurate information to clients and maintain market position • Attend necessary business meetings and training sessions • Carry out additional administrative tasks and special projects as delegated NOTE : This position is set up for the CLOSER position, if KPIs are met you can expect a promotion to the next level within 3-6 months Qualifications: • Seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong drive for success and a passion for adding value to others • Must demonstrate resourcefulness, positivity, and the ability to connect with various personalities • Alignment with core values including service, integrity, positivity, and loyalty is essential • Dependable with excellent time management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines • Willingness to engage in cross-functional tasks with a proactive and hands-on approach • Proficiency or eagerness to learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing technologies • Team player with a proactive entrepreneurial mindset and a sense of ownership in all tasks • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work occasional nights and weekends • Prioritizes relationship management and excels at successfully completing multiple tasks Compensation: $80,000+ at plan yearly
