Responsibilities: • Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met • Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email • Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients Qualifications: • Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills • Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred • One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry • Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car • Real estate license required • Must be very detail-oriented • Must enjoy creating and following systems-documented processes • Must be ok with working alone and being on the computer and phone all day • Must possess superb interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $15 - $19 yearly
