In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing leads, and providing top-notch customer service. Responsibilities: • Call Leads: Proactively reach out to potential customers using provided leads to discuss their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions. • Answer Sales Calls: Handle incoming sales inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, converting inquiries into sales opportunities. • Follow-Up: Engage with current policyholders to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and explore opportunities for upselling additional coverage. • Productivity: Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring quality customer interactions. Qualifications: • Outgoing Personality: Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and connect with others. • Motivated: Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales goals. • Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Sales Instinct: Keen interest in selling and a proactive approach to identifying and seizing sales opportunities. Compensation: $22 - $30 hourly
