We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist our growing Real Estate Team in Minnesota! You will be the first point of contact for our customers. This position is full-time! As an Inside Sales Agent, you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for our agents. The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement and measurable, draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries. This person will work closely with the Inside Sales Agent Lead in order to continue to increase their knowledge of the Minnesota Real Estate Business. Cultivate relationships to convert leads to appointment sets for agents • Work InfusionSoft Stages and Manage the sales database through the sales cycle • Prospect out of Commissions Inc. to set appointments for agents • Attend Training and consult with real estate agents to ensure the highest level of service for real estate transactions from initial contact through the "Appointment Met" stage • Work with the ISA team for continued growth and development Measurables: • 150+ calls to leads a day per an 8-hour shift • 250+ when using the dialer for the day • Average of 25 spoke-to per 150 calls • 2+ set appointments per day • 1+ met appt per day once up and running • 15%+ lead to met ratio on buyer leads • 50%+ leads to met on seller leads • 65%+ set to met ratio on all buyer consults and 80% set to meet on listing consults • 70% Phone Utilization per Hours Billed Qualifications: • Employees will be working remotely in Central Standard Time Zone • This is a remote position but applicants must reside within the United States • Availability to work rotating weekends and evenings • Extremely strong phone skills: the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • Communication skills - Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken • Passionate about selling and sales experience • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM (InfusionSoft) and marketing/lead technologies • Accountability and goal-driven • Loves team collaboration • Independent and Self-Motivated • Loves competitiveness of sales environment Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000 includes base plus commission
