Responsibilities: • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Follow the team plan • Set listing and buyer appointments • Execute appointments • Close sales • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent • Team player • CRM and database mastery • Scripts and sales talk mastery Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $155,000 at plan commissions
