Responsibilities: • Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent • Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients • Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met • Relentless lead follow-up • Follow the team plan • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Close sales • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent • Database and CRM mastery • Sales scripts Qualifications: • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills • Real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 at plan commissions
