We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Agent to join our growing real estate team. You’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, and nurturing relationships that turn into opportunities for our buyer and listing agents. Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Qualifications: • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Superb communication Compensation: $70,000 - $150,000 at plan commissions
