    We are seeking a Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team in our new office in Soldotna. This is a partially remote, and a commission-based position. Plus, we offer an exclusive mentorship program designed to put you on track to your first sales within just a few weeks. We’ll also help you obtain your real estate license. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold/warm calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: • This position offers a partially remote work schedule, with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Schedule showing and listing appointments on behalf of the sales team Qualifications: • Driven to serve people and offer exceptional customer service • At least one year of experience in sales, such as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or a related role • A real estate license is strongly preferred, or candidates should be currently pursuing one • A high school diploma is mandatory, while a bachelor's degree is preferable Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
