The ideal candidate has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and efficiently directing them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Database campaign mastery • Utilize CRM's • Set appointments • Close appointments • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Real estate license or pursuing required • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • A real estate license required • Superb communication • Commission opportunity • Must live within the greater Phoenix area • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000 at plan commissions
