As an Inside Sales Agent, you will play a key role in prospecting, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer experiences that elevate our brand. If you are a motivated individual who is skilled at building rapport with clients quickly over the phone we want to talk to you! Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inbound inquiries. • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, timeline, and budget to match them with appropriate properties. • Maintain a database of leads and regularly update customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide support throughout the sales process. • Overcome objections with skill and confidence. • Meet conversion targets and KPIs. Qualifications: • Real Estate License (preferred) • Lead Generation Experience • Real Estate Industry Experience • Cold Calling Experience • Highly Organized with Strong Follow Up Skills • Experience with CRM Systems • US Work Authorization Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
