Truss Real Estate is looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting people with amazing communities. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for both buyers' agents and potential buyers interested in our real estate projects. Your mission? Build relationships, understand client needs, and help convert interest into action through your product knowledge, people skills, and sales expertise. Responsibilities: • Engage & Convert: Reach out to inbound leads and warm prospects—buyers' agents and potential buyers—educating them about our communities and offerings. • Know Your Stuff: Learn and articulate the value of each of our developments—understanding pricing, floor plans, local amenities, and competitive advantages. • Drive Relationships: Cultivate strong, ongoing connections with buyers’ agents, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and motivated to bring clients to our projects. • Stay Organized: Track outreach, conversations, and follow-ups using spreadsheets and CRM tools. Data accuracy matters—your follow-up game should be on point. • Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and sales team to provide feedback from the field, optimize scripts, and sharpen conversion strategies. • Be a Student of the Game: Stay coachable, open to feedback, and eager to sharpen your sales skills and real estate knowledge. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Applicants must have a real estate license • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills • Must be local to the Houston area and open to working from the office, not home. • Must have over 3 years of sales experience and cold calling skillsets. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly plus bonuses
