Responsibilities: YOUR ROLE: As a Real Estate Sales Specialist , you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for homeowners seeking solutions. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to use your communication skills to build lasting relationships while helping individuals and families move toward their dreams. You will be working and nurturing warm, in-bound leads, with no cold calling required. This is not a licensed real estate agent position, nor would a license contribute to your success in the role. You would be a foundational member of a high performing team using cutting-edge tools to manage and grow home seller leads into meaningful opportunities. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Manage and nurture inbound phone and web leads, • Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails to build lasting relationships. • Conduct basic property research and evaluations. • Take initiative to create rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs. Qualifications: • Sales experience with high volume phone calls is a plus, but not required.
