    We’re hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You’ll be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and driving the team’s revenue to meet sales goals. Responsibilities: • Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible • Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients • Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again • Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports • Manage sales for both walk-in customers and telephone inquiries • Fulfill basic quote requests and send out standard submittal packs • Coordinate with teammates to advance orders through the Copeland order flow, whether at the quote, design drawings, production, or transportation stage Qualifications: • Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process • Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills • 1+ year of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Ability to continually learn and retain new information • Familiarity with Civil plans and/or construction industry experience preferred • Positive, problem-solving attitude Compensation: $52,000
