Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our team! As an Inside Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their needs. Responsibilities may include working the counter, answering phone calls, stocking inside shelves, creating sales orders, and maintaining the inside store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of HVAC equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance

Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures

Collect payments by cash and credit card

Issue receipts and refunds to customers

Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.

Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Willingness to work well in a team environment

Willingness to work a flexible schedule
