Our ideal Candidate will be responsible for the following; • Engage in daily prospecting and lead generation activities • Build and nurture a pipeline of potential clients • Qualify leads based on motivation, competition, and financial readiness • Schedule appointments for agents and help manage the sales funnel • Make outbound calls and provide effective follow-up • Meet and exceed productivity and appointment goals • Maintain accurate records of metrics and client interactions • Use provided scripts to communicate value and overcome objections • Collaborate with the team to ensure a top-notch client experience • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching Responsibilities: • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline Qualifications: • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases Compensation: $17 per hour plus bonus
