We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Associate (Remote) to join our team on a part-time basis, helping to drive business growth through lead generation, qualification, and sales development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients' needs and assess their fit.
    • Qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers and evaluating their level of interest.
    • Engage in lead generation activities.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through effective follow-ups.
    • Manage the inside sales process, from initial outreach to scheduling sales meetings.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of experience in inside sales , lead generation, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to conduct engaging discovery calls and qualify leads effectively.
    • Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must be based in the U.S. to be considered.
