Responsibilities: • Identify and prospect potential clients • Communicate with prospects via multiple channels to convert them into qualified leads and move them through the sales pipeline • Qualify and nurture leads through consistent follow-up and personalized engagement • Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate and current information on prospective and existing clients • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and support the conversion process • Track and report sales metrics to measure progress and identify improvement areas • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks • Stay up to date on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge Qualifications: • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and time management abilities • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while also achieving independent success • Solid understanding of the sales process, with a quick learning ability and a creative, solution-oriented mindset • Superior customer service skills Compensation: $17 per hour + bonuses
