We’re the ones behind that fleet of trucks you see everywhere, and we’re also the ones that design, produce and install the wall and floor murals you see at businesses, universities and sports arenas across the U.S. We specialize in large-format graphics that give our customers the wow-factor their business needed

    The Sales Associate is the linchpin between the studio and our clients. We are looking for an energetic individual with a strong desire to succeed, the ability to develop lasting relationships, and the skills to close sales through a consultative and solution-oriented approach. You will use your skills to generate leads, prepare estimates, and win business, all the while providing exemplary customer service. You must be detail oriented, a strong communicator, and process driven.

    About you:

    Highly motivated with an outgoing personality, both in person and on telephone

    Proactive and self-motivated to work independently and in a team environment

    Ability to maintain high level of engagement with customer base

    Strong communications with clients and internally with team members

    Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and time management

    Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills

    Extra Credit: knowledge of design and printing

    Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree

    Core Functions:

    Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification

    Manage and utilize proprietary CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls and meetings with prospective and existing customers

    Manage the sales process from marketing to estimating and closing deals

    Attend client meetings as appropriate

    Other Required Skills:

    Sales curious’ (constantly asking questions to learn about the customer with a desire to build relationships and fully understand their business needs)

    Strong communication and listening skills

    The ability to adapt sales style to a particular customer

    Highly motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality

    Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive results
