Assist in the development/implementation of plans to increase counter traffic and sales in local service area.
Assist customers through the sales process by providing technical and product selection support. Educate customers on our technical and service capabilities.
Manage and grow House Account sales, while delivering gross margin goals via pricing management.
In addition to managing House accounts, support Outside Sellers by assisting with order entry, quote preparation, product ordering, etc.
Manage customer expectations throughout the sales cycle including setting pricing expectations, product availability & lead times, order tracking and delivery, and payment.
Assist in the development and sharing of best practices, both within the branch and with other BCS branches
Manage warehouse and ship products to customers.
Maintain a clean, attractive, and welcoming environment for employee and customer interaction.
Prepare and deliver Quotations
Enter and process Sales Orders.
Convert Open Orders & Quotes.
Enter and Process Purchase Orders.
Manage Customer Returns.
Maintain Customer contact and follow up by telephone.
Identify & share leads with Outside Sellers.
Outbound calls to House Accounts, including prospecting.
Maintain accurate and orderly inventory.
Maintain warehouse/inventory levels.
Shipping products on a daily basis
