    Your Responsibilities:

    • Drive internal business growth targeting the client relationship , prospecting, qualifying leads, updating the sales CRM database, and performing daily follow-ups

    • Establish rapport with clients contacting them daily through phone calls, emails, hand-written notes, and marketing mailings and arrange meetings with them for the outside sales team

    • Vet leads thoroughly for the Outside Sales Team ensuring there is a legitimate need for a service estimate

    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars maximizing Outside Sales’ calendar availability

    • Manage the lead flow for outside sales

    • Facilitate innovative marketing initiatives

    • Collaborate with Sales and Brand Services to concentrate efforts in targeted areas

    • Research proven vertical markets collaborating with the marketing team identify new opportunities

    • Participate in and attend scheduled team meetings and one-on-one weekly meetings with the outside salesperson

    • Achieve sales revenue goals and objectives for new account sales, supply sales, and special services

    • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

    • Work with outside vendors (i.e. Savvy, BuyerZone) to secure leads

    • Initiate 30-40 calls a day to potential, targeted customers

    • Follow up on leads daily

    • Establish a marketing strategy for the client's pipeline of older proposals, non-responsive customers and other stagnant areas of business

    • Facilitate the creation, improvement and implementation of internal marketing strategies (Constant Contact, SEO, PPC, Google+ Reviews, etc.) to grow market share and brand awareness

    Qualifications We Require:

    • 3-5 years of experience with inside sales, researching and identifying high quality leads

    • Experience with creating and managing phone, email and mail marketing campaigns

    • Experience with cold calling

    • Highly adept navigating software systems
