Your Responsibilities:
Drive internal business growth targeting the client relationship , prospecting, qualifying leads, updating the sales CRM database, and performing daily follow-ups
Establish rapport with clients contacting them daily through phone calls, emails, hand-written notes, and marketing mailings and arrange meetings with them for the outside sales team
Vet leads thoroughly for the Outside Sales Team ensuring there is a legitimate need for a service estimate
Schedule appointments and manage calendars maximizing Outside Sales’ calendar availability
Manage the lead flow for outside sales
Facilitate innovative marketing initiatives
Collaborate with Sales and Brand Services to concentrate efforts in targeted areas
Research proven vertical markets collaborating with the marketing team identify new opportunities
Participate in and attend scheduled team meetings and one-on-one weekly meetings with the outside salesperson
Achieve sales revenue goals and objectives for new account sales, supply sales, and special services
Perform other duties as may be assigned by management
Work with outside vendors (i.e. Savvy, BuyerZone) to secure leads
Initiate 30-40 calls a day to potential, targeted customers
Follow up on leads daily
Establish a marketing strategy for the client's pipeline of older proposals, non-responsive customers and other stagnant areas of business
Facilitate the creation, improvement and implementation of internal marketing strategies (Constant Contact, SEO, PPC, Google+ Reviews, etc.) to grow market share and brand awareness
Qualifications We Require:
3-5 years of experience with inside sales, researching and identifying high quality leads
Experience with creating and managing phone, email and mail marketing campaigns
Experience with cold calling
Highly adept navigating software systems
