Inside Sales Business Development Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating sales leads, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our roofing services. You’ll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel. Responsibilities: 1) Customer Engagement: • Respond to customer inquiries, whether through phone calls, emails, or online chat, in a professional and timely manner. • Actively listen to customer requirements and provide information about our roofing products and services. • Build rapport and establish a strong customer relationship by demonstrating empathy and understanding of their roofing needs. 2) Lead Generation: • Research and identify potential leads by using various sources, such as online directories, customer databases, and referral networks. • Make outbound calls to generate sales leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for on-site assessments. 3) Product Knowledge: • Develop a strong understanding of our roofing products, services, and industry trends. • Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our roofing solutions to potential customers. 4) Sales Support: • Assist in preparing and delivering quotations and proposals to customers. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer follow-ups. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system. 5) Closing Sales: • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell roofing services and products. • Guide potential customers through the sales process, addressing any concerns or objections. • Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 6) Customer Service: • Provide post-sale support and address any customer inquiries or issues. • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after services are completed and collecting feedback. 7) Market Research: • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. • Share insights with the team to develop effective sales strategies. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus, but not required. • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions. Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000
