Job Summary: We’re looking for a friendly and dedicated Inside Sales/Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll address customer questions, handle sales inquiries, ensure seamless order processing, and help with marketing. Your efforts will directly contribute to our customers’ success, making you a crucial part of our journey.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with existing customers to provide quotes, enter orders, and updates on order status.
· Showcase and sell our company products and services to both new and existing customers.
· Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of the latest developments.
· Support Customer Success Managers with sales order entry and status updates.
· Manage CRM (HubSpot) tasks for unassigned contacts and updates as necessary.
· Assist with social media accounts, including content creation, engagement, and scheduling posts.
· Assist in SEO optimization, including keyword research, content updates, and analytics.
Other Job Responsibilities:
· Assist with warehouse tasks as needed, including finishing products and order fulfillment.
· Participate in trade show preparations, attendance, and setup.
· Other duties as assigned.
Required Job Qualifications/Experience:
· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, and other computer-based tools.
· Excellent rapport-building skills with clients.
· Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Ability to effectively handle and calm upset customers.
· High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Job Qualifications:
· Brand management experience.
· Proficiency with CRM Systems and ERP Systems.
· Solution-based sales/marketing interactions and presentations.
· Desire to solve challenges for customers with unique solutions.
· Knowledge or experience in the promotional products industry.
· Background in the hospitality industry, with strong customer service skills.
· Experience with social media management and content creation.
· Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices.
Physical Demands:
· Role may involve occasional lifting, light manual labor, and participation in show preparations.
Work Environment:
· Enjoy a quiet to moderate office setting, with some warehouse work as needed.
· Primarily an in-office role with potential for hybrid work in the future.
· Up to 25% travel may be required.
