We are currently searching for an experienced, driven, and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. This role involves supporting the sales team and managing all sales-related processes to help close deals and advance the sales cycle. The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing the sales pipeline, ensuring effective coordination, and helping the sales team enhance close rates and strengthen client relationships.

    EXPERIENCE

    - Minimum of 5 years in sales, demonstrating a proven success record. (Required)

    - Minimum of 2-3 years in management, showcasing experience in team leadership. (Required)

    - Must be at least 18 years old.

    - Authorized to work in the United States. (No sponsorship or visa assistance offered.)

    - No relocation packages provided.

    - Valid U.S. driver's license required, meeting insurance criteria.

    - Proficiency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    -Strong interpersonal abilities with a focus on building trust and providing a positive client experience.

    -Proven skills in developing and implementing sales strategies, closing deals, supporting the sales team, and achieving sales targets.

    - Adept at task management, prioritizing activities, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

    -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting confidently and negotiating effectively.

    -Consistent in nurturing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.

    -Proactive in identifying and resolving challenges, focused on providing effective sales solutions.

    -Ability to oversee the sales team to achieve collective objectives.

    -Comfortable with CRM software, lead management tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

    -Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and navigate office and job site environments as needed, with frequent standing and occasional work at heights.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Review estimating sheets for all projects.

    - Prepare estimates and contracts, and assemble signing packages.

    - Track leads to ensure timely follow-ups.

    - Efficiently manage and distribute sales leads.

    - Assist the sales team in closing sales by providing necessary resources.

    - Collaborate with the General Manager to promote Distinctive Roofing.

    - Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve sales objectives.

    - Oversee and support a team of 3 to 5 Sales Representatives.

    - Evaluate and enhance sales team performance to meet and exceed goals.

    - Refine sales processes and strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

    - Assist in crafting strategic sales plans to enter new markets and grow the customer base.

    - Conduct sales meetings, review pipelines, and monitor performance.

    - Provide training and support to new sales team members.

    - Ensure accuracy and compliance of all sales documentation.

    - Provide product samples and brochures to clients prior to contract signing.

    - Stay informed about materials and roofing trends.

    - Communicate directly with clients to facilitate the sales process.

    - Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, addressing any concerns promptly.

    - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

    - Assist in on-boarding new clients for a smooth transition.

    - Analyze lead conversion and sales budgets, discussing findings with the Sales Manager.

    - Examine sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

    - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.

    - Review and optimize sales processes for increased effectiveness.

    - Implement best practices and recommend technologies to streamline sales workflows.

    - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.

    - Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding campaign effectiveness.

    - Develop contingency plans for potential sales disruptions.

    - Guide the sales team in crisis management and addressing client concerns as necessary.

    - Maintain an updated client database, tracking awarded and scheduled work.

    - Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on sales, customer relations, and management.

    - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all sales documentation.

    - Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills.

    - Answer incoming calls during busy reception times.

    SCHEDULE

    - Full-time, 40 to 50 hours per week

    - 8 to 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

    - In-person role at our office in Pompano Beach, FL 33064 (Relocation required prior to starting.)

    - Occasional travel to meet potential clients.
