    Job Description

    Kioxia America Inc. is looking for a Inside Sales/Distribution Manager who will be responsible for the sales and promotion of Kioxia’s NAND Flash and SSD products across North America and North American-based companies worldwide. This role aims to expand market share in a profitable and socially responsible manner, fostering strong distributor relationships, driving business development, and ensuring operational excellence.

    RESONSIBILITIES

    Account Management

    • Serve as the primary interface between Kioxia and distributors.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure design wins and maximize sales.
    • Manage distribution accounts, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

    Business Development

    • Advocate for Kioxia’s SSD and memory products, articulating their value proposition
    • Identify and develop new accounts and business opportunities within North America.
    • Transition opportunities to the account management team for sustained revenue growth.

    Data Management and Operational Oversight

    • Oversee data manipulation and management in systems to ensure accurate and effective operations.
    • Prepare and maintain distribution cost books, contracts, and account documentation.

    Sales Performance

    • Develop and achieve/exceed fiscal half-year revenue targets through strategic distributor engagement.
    • Create and manage distributor budgets to align with revenue goals.

    POS Reporting and Inventory Management

    • Review and analyze POS data to optimize inventory levels and sales performance.
    • Collaborate with distributors to ensure accurate reporting and effective inventory practices.

    Competitive Feedback

    • Collect and communicate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to help shape Kioxia’s product roadmap and competitive strategy.
    • Leverage customer feedback as a key source of competitive intelligence.

    Collaboration

    • Partner with other sales team members to maximize results, coordinating account responsibilities across the organization.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience in distribution management, preferably in the SSD, NAND, or memory products industry preferred.
    • Strong skills in account management, business development, and relationship-building.
    • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools required.
    • Familiarity with POS reporting and inventory management practices.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
    • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

    The expected salary for this position is $118,165.00 - 194,960.00.
