Training Is Provided While preparing for the NMLS exam to obtain a Licensed Loan Officer status, you will undergo comprehensive training, eliminating the need for prior mortgage experience. This role offers a blend of hourly wages and commission incentives, making it an excellent entry point into the mortgage industry. Responsibilities: • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening • Pre-qualify leads before transferring to a licensed Loan Officer Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • 1+ year(s) of commission based sales experience in either a B2C or B2B setting preferred • Previous mortgage exp. is a plus but not required • MUST be comfortable on the phones - high call volume • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset - six-figure mindset • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Compensation: $15 hourly + commission
