    Job Description

    As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for closing new business and bringing on new restaurant clients, who will be lovingly transferred to our expert Account Management Team to begin working with them. You will be trained to be an expert in everything related to a restaurant’s online presence.

    This Sales role will level up your career. From taking on new challenges, to working directly with the CEO, we promise you will learn, grow, and make a substantial impact at Social High Rise.     SALES EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Run effective discovery and demo calls with prospects
    • Use a consultative approach to identify good-fit clients and close them
    • Follow proven sales processes to create an outstanding onboarding experience for clients
    • Reach out to warm and cold prospects
    • Manage sales pipeline and proactively move prospects forward
    • Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts, and case studies to be included in the company operations manual
    • Meet or exceed monthly & quarterly sales objectives

    Make no mistake, we are looking for hustlers. Ballers. Absolute "A Players" who have experience selling to the restaurant industry. You will have to fight and grind to earn your way onto the team every step of the way, with an initial 90-day window to hit benchmarks to officially join the team.

    The upside is that you will have the opportunity to ultimately make $100K+ per year, build a sales team from the ground up, have an SDR team that is cranking out appointments for you, and be able to serve some of the top restaurants in the US.

    Qualifications

    NOTE: This is a FULL-TIME position. You must be able to work from our downtown office headquarters in Chico, CA - We are not hiring remotely based/telecommuting team members at this time.

    • Ability to speak intelligently with restaurant owners & operators to understand their pain points and priorities
    • Bring energy and value to everyone you speak with
    • Attitude of hard work and optimism
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
    • Passion for social media and the restaurant industry
    • Extremely comfortable engaging with restaurateurs

    EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in a sales role selling to SMBs is preferred
    • Ability to work in-person from our downtown headquarters in Chico, CA
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
    • Experienced with online tools (ie: Google Docs/Sheets/Calendar, Zoom, Slack, Close CRM, Loom)
