We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional customer service to clients and policyholders. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing insurance policies, offering insightful advice on coverage options, and converting quotes into new policies. Additionally, you will play a key role in addressing billing issues, making policy recommendations, and facilitating policy changes. Prior experience in the insurance industry is not required, as we provide comprehensive training and coaching. We offer a great work environment, 401k/Roth IRA options, and flexible hours. While evenings and weekends are encouraged, they are not required. The role starts with hourly compensation and transitions to base plus commission after training is complete. It's important to note that this is an in-office inside sales position, and the successful candidate will be required to obtain an insurance license. Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000+ yearly
