Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team in achieving ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and experience managing inside sales operations. This role involves overseeing the sales process, developing strategies to enhance performance, and fostering a high-energy environment that promotes success.

Duties

Lead and manage the inside sales team, providing coaching and support to drive performance.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.

Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.

Utilize Zendesk CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.

Collaborate with marketing teams to align efforts and optimize lead generation strategies.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Provide regular training sessions for the team on best practices in telemarketing and inside sales techniques.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within calling in B2B sales or related fields.

Strong understanding of inside sales processes, including outbound calling techniques and strategies.

Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Zendesk, for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.

Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.

Experience in telemarketing or direct selling is highly desirable.

A passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on industry developments will be advantageous.
