    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Managing, coaching, and developing a sales team to drive performance and collaboration.
    • Setting individual and team goals while providing consistent feedback and support.
    • Analyzing sales trends and implementing strategies to optimize performance.
    • Partnering with other departments to align sales and marketing efforts.
    • Utilizing CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting and account management.

    • Expertise in using CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
